Nice enough people but it takes forever to get anything done and there is little explanation of processes, timelines or even rules. I believe they are trying to help the city and it's a good program (LandBank) but there are several opportunities to improve. The LandBank website is terrible, the search does not work right, errors, slow, confusing but it's still better than trying to get the information from them in person!
